StepAhead semi-Automatic cup mask production line produce mask with overall automation from raw material feeding, sealing inside to nose wire to weld the ear loop to the finished mask completely. Machine labour require
For the auto mask machine, general needs at least one worker for one set of machine. The worker’s job is to refill in the raw materials, monitor the machine operate situation and pick up the final product.
To produce 1 million pieces 5Ply KN95/N95 no-valve masks usually needs 1.7 tons of non-woven for cover layer, 1.7 tons of hot air cotton, 3.4 tons of melt-blown for the second and fourth layer, and 1 ton of non-woven for inner layer; 500kg of earloop and 500kg of nose bridge.
